Rebtel - Cheap Oversea Call from your Mobile

In this post I would like to introduce you to Rebtel .As an oversea student, once in a while we need to call our friends and family back home. If you already have BT International Freedom, you can call them for free or on cheap discounted rate. But if you are outside and need to make that call from your mobile, Rebtel is the cheap way to do it.

With Rebtel, you don't need to install any software to your mobile. All you have to do is register the overseas mobile number that you want to call at Rebtel website and the system will generate a local landline number for you. Save this local landline number to your mobile and everytime you want to call your friend/family, just dial that number. When you first register with them, the first call you make with Rebtel will be free but up to 5 minutes only. After that you need to top up your credit before you can make your next call. So register now to try their system for free ! You don't have to top up if you don't like it..

And if you want your friend/family to pay for the call, just call your friend/family Rebtel number and asked them to call back the local number shown on their mobile. This way, you don't have to pay anything because the bill is paid by your friend/family. As the number they are calling is a local number, they only need to pay the local rate. Hope this help !
